CERTIFICATION CARDS

ALWAYS CARRY YOUR CERTIFICATION CARD.  ALL DIVE SHOPS WILL ASK FOR YOUR CARD WHEN YOU ARE BOOKING RESERVATIONS AND THEN AGAIN WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE SHOP.

YOUR CARD WILL BE NECESSARY FOR YOU TO GET AIR FILLS AS WELl.

if you did forget your c card, padi has an online service that can look up your student number and certification level.  The other agencies are not as sophisticated but during the week, we can check with the certification representatives to get the proper information to get you diving.  Weekends are difficult however.

We, at Captain Hook’s make it a point to listen to our customers and sometimes we just figure it out ourselves. 


We noticed that many of our divers had not been diving for a while, so they were a little apprehensive about their equipment and the success of returning to diving.  The briefing on the boat was often missed by the diver because they were worried about their equipment and many times the diver and the buddy would go in the wrong direction missing many of the highlights of the site.  Nearly all of our divers were new to the site, so why not give them a little assistance in identifying the those highlights.


So, we have added a free divemaster to each dive in the water to guide the dive.  It is not mandatory to go with the divemaster; you are more than welcome to explore on your own.


As a part of our standard service, we are there to help or perform completely the equipment set-up and changeover between dive sites.
